Featuring live entertainment.

Menu:  Cranberry Madarine orange salad, Pumpkin Curried bisque, Stuffed chicken breast with a portabella cream sauce, seared vegetables, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, dinner rolls.  The meal finishes with a delicious four layered dark chocolate cake made in our bakery just for this special event.

Grandmother's Tea
Bring you special grand child to a lovely tea service filled with the memories of the past.  This luncheon is filled with savory's, scones, and several different pastries.  A special Grandmothers day tea is prepared for this special day and so is a delicious cupcake for each person.

Listen to music from our playing Victrola, adorn yourself with a lovely tea hats and gloves.  Story time is also included for our young men and women along with a very special gift.

Cooking Classes:   With Chef Robert
Classes are designed for adults of all ages (16 and up).  There are no pre-requisites to any of our classes, and we welcome all levels of cooking and baking, we love beginners.  However, a few of our classes can prove to be a bit challenging please don't think you can't do it, a little patients goes a long way!

*Dates, times and prices for our classes are found below, remember to book early, we only allow 10-12 students per class and they fill up quickly. 
*During our class you will first recieve a quick safety talk, followed by the class instruction and then a fantastic meal with great conversation.  Copies of the recipes are provided for you to take home at the end of each session.
*Please wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes.  You will be cooking and may get dirty so bring your own aprons. Towels and all kitchen tools will be provided for your use during the class.

Everyone can use a helping hand now and again, and with your wonderful generosity we can make a small dent in the needs of others for the Holidays.

Join our "family run business" and help feed the poor and needy during this winter season. With every 12 cans of food donated we will serve one guest a wonderful bowl of our Home made soup, and freshly baked bread. All proceeds will go towards helping our fellow neighbors and family.

Thanksgiving is a wonderful time of the year to give what we have been given.  Please share your riches with those less fortunate.

Mothers Day Brunch

Come celebrate one of the most important days of the year.  And pay tribute to the special women that made "life possible".

A lovely brunch served to our wonderful Mothers:  Belguim Waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, carved ham, fresh fruit, pastries, and cupcakes.  Price includes juice, coffee and of course our Mothers Day Bouquet Tea.  Reservations are suggested, seating is limited so reserve your table today. 

Our brunch begins at 8am and the last seating is 1pm.

Enjoy a pampered spring tea service among the beautiful flowers and spring decor.  Seating is limited for this tea engagement and reservations are required.  Enjoy delicate tea sandwiches, amazing pastries and cupcakes, our  spring tea blend, and a very special musical guest.

Spring Tea Time


Already taking reservations for this special morning! 

Five wonderful menu options:
(1) Eggs Benedict, we start with two farm fresh eggs poached, canadian bacon on an English muffin topped with our very own hollandaise sauce drizzled over the top.  Served with potatoes, fresh fruit and a side of bacon. 
(2)  A fluffy Belguim waffle smothered in a warm apple or blueberry compot, topped with fresh whipped cream. Served with potatoes, fresh fruit and side of bacon or sausage. 
(3)  Three eggs any style, a slice of french toast, your choice of bacon or sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit and a slice of toast. 
(4) Creat your own 3 egg omelet (bell peppers, onions, cheese, spinach, avocado, tomato, ham), served with potatoes, fresh fruit, and side of bacon or sausage and toast.
(5) Emily's Carmel French Toast, we start with two thick slices of our house french toast, drizzle it with our mouthwatering house carmel.  Served with one egg any style, potatoes, bacon or sausage, fresh fruit and a slice of toast.

Easter Brunch

Join us for a fantastic day filled with Music from an Irish band, Irish dancers, lots of antique and craft dealers and so much more.  Chef Robert is cookin up wonderful Irish pub style food that day, you gotta try the Guinness Bratwurst or the Corn beef and Cabbage!  Don't forget to wear your wee bit of green, or you server might pinch ya!!

March 24, 2012:  Sauces, gravy, and basic rues:  This class will center on basic rues which can then be turned into a thickener for all your sauces and gravys.  Chef Robert will expain the many uses and styles that a rue is made and with his help you will create four different sauces and gravys to put on that evenings dinner, roasted chicken, fried chicken, blacked chicken, and seared vegetable.  You will create your sauce for the class to share and treat your taste buds to a delicious sauce or gravy that you then can create at home for family and guests.
**Class size limited to 10 adult

Aprill 11, 2012  Learn to cut like the professionals:  Chopping, dicing, slicing, sharpening, Learn the in and outs of the many different knives the great chefs love to use, practice on the vegetarian meal that you will prepare for this dinner sampling meal.  Learn to cut Julien style, and create a beautiful vegetable garnish for any dinner plate

June 7, 2012 Join Chef Robert in preparing roasted pork, seasoned, rubbed, and filled with a stuffing.  Learn about the proper cuts of meat to purchase, how to tenderize and prepare meats for roasting.  Learn and taste the fresh herbs and spices that can be used with pork, learn how to tie and roast the port to perfection.  Prepare a simple salad with our very own berry vinaigarette, and enjoy a slice of our 4 layer dark chocolate cake for dessert.

July 2012:  Join our Pastry Chef Brittney in "Pastry 101"  Learn how to create wonderful cookies from one basic recipe, baking is the key to any good pastry, learn the proper tempratures to use for many baked items.  Learn how to make royal icing and float your own cookies to take home.  Roll and create basic flowers from gum paste to decorate your cookies as well.
